No — we welcome single-item orders right up to large bulk orders. There is no minimum. Whether you need one personalised mug or 500 branded t-shirts, we can help. Pricing is per unit, and discounts apply for larger quantities.
For best results, we recommend PNG (300dpi+), SVG, PDF or vector files (AI, EPS). For laser engraving, vector files are ideal as they ensure crisp, sharp results at any size. If you only have a JPEG or a low-resolution image, send it anyway and we'll advise on whether it will work or suggest alternatives.
Standard turnaround is typically 3–7 business days depending on the product type and quantity. Rush production is available for urgent orders — please mention your deadline when enquiring and we'll do our best to accommodate. We'll always confirm a lead time before you commit to an order.
Yes, in most cases we can print or engrave on items you supply. Please contact us first to confirm the product is suitable for the process. Note that for supplied garments, we cannot guarantee results if the fabric composition is unknown, so always let us know the material.
We offer basic design assistance such as resizing, cleaning up files and preparing artwork for production at no extra charge for most orders. If you need a full custom design created from scratch, please ask — we can discuss this as an additional service.
