Services

We provide custom DTF printing, sublimation printing, UV laser engraving, and workwear branding services. All products are made to order. Descriptions, images and pricing on our website are for guidance only and may change without notice.

Orders & Quotes

All orders begin with a quote request. A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing (email or WhatsApp) and payment is received. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted in GBP (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT where stated. Payment terms will be specified at the time of quote. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logos, text or designs you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. By submitting artwork you confirm you have the right to use it. We accept no liability for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied artwork.

We will print artwork as supplied. Please check your design carefully before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-approved proofs.

Production & Delivery

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity and volume. We will communicate expected timescales when confirming your order. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

As all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is faulty or does not match the agreed specification. Please inspect goods on receipt and notify us of any issues within 48 hours.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability to you shall not exceed the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
